I would be remiss if I didn't take a minute to thank you for being a great mother to all of us during the past six weeks. Especially at a time when it seems like your life is very full. They could not have picked anyone better to watch over us. You've been kind and considerate but most of all encouraging. But also it's important to know there is that warrior, determined, characteristic in you which comes out in your workout videos - you're like a little blonde heat-seeking missile.

Beginning of June I weighed 180 and this morning I weighed in at 172. The lightest I've been in years. That, plus I've gained muscle to the point that I can see an "ab" starting to show through. I've traded my "keg" for a "single" and hopefully on my way to a "6-pack." Micro-goals! . My body feels a lot better and definitely less inflammation. I am not a big believer in the scale as a measurement of health. However, decided to weigh myself this morning and I have released 8 pounds. The big difference is my energy is back . Knee pain is gone and lower back feels great.

My BIG news is... Your program works! I've achieved weight loss I thought unattainable before. I've dropped 30 pounds over the past two years, primarily following the principles taught by you. I've completed two challenges and have had my ups and downs over these past two years. I weighed 224 pounds at the start of the first Performance Challenge and dropped between 10 to 15 pounds as a result of that first program. I have fluctuated between 205 and 215 for quite some time, then with the stay-at-home orders of the past several months, I focused on clean eating and exercise. While I could not stay-at-home (I am CFO for an essential healthcare company) I could focus on my health. I am astounded by the progress I made over the past several months. I saw my weight drop below 200 pounds for the first in more than 23 years ago (I crossed 200 when my wife was pregnant with our son) and am now 194 pounds - that's 30 pounds down
