Mel’s Morning Moonshine Smoothie Recipe
Trying to figure out how to get those 5 servings of veggies in your diet every day? I have the answer!
Each juice drink has 5 cups of vegetables per drink and 1 cup of fruit. Please use organic fruits and veggies as often as possible and remember to leave the peel on your cucumbers, carrots, kiwi, apple, and any other edible skin.
Chill and Shake well before consuming:)
Fill your Bullet, Ninja, or Vitamix with
Ingredients:
1/2 Cucumber
2 cups Brocolli ( stems and all)
2 large Carrots
2 cup Spinach
3 stalks Celery
1/2 Beet
1 quarter-size chunk Ginger and Tumeric.
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon,
Mint
1 cup Blueberries
2 small Cutie Orange’s
1 Apple
1 Kiwi
Fill the container with water to about an inch from the top and blend on high for 2 minutes
Yeilds 2- 12 ounce mason jars and 1-2 6 ounce mason jars. 3 days of juice!
